There are many ways how we can democratize energy access from decentralized platforms to crowdsourcing and crowd investing. Though platforms like Trine or other clean energy projects are actively gaining momentum, many regions still struggle to overcome this challenge even on the basic level.

Today’s conversation with Aneri Pradhan. Over her journey, she has built and successfully sold ENVenture – social impact incubator focused on clean energy in Uganda, and worked across over 15 countries deploying energy and climate projects, including the Facebook Connectivity Lab. After ENVenture, she works on ENVision and boards the New Energy Nexus. Aneri believes that in order ” to prevent catastrophic climate change, we have to increase access to renewable energy in developing countries“.
